App Store promo codes let you redeem a free copy of an application into your device. Each promo code is unique and can only be used once. This is what they typically look like: MZMSSEVOL7N3BB. Just follow this link and you’ll be able to redeem a code directly.
We know those ads are annoying, so you can remove them by buying the full version of our app. Cubic Frog® full version apps are ad free. Also sometimes we do have extra promotional codes for our games and we’re very happy to give them away to our users to try our full version quality games for free. If you would like to get a promotional code to download a full version of our game for free, please contact us.
Please make sure the side switch on your device is NOT on the orange position or your device is muted. Turn up the volume with the volume buttons on the side of your device and then restart your device.
If you still do not hear the app instructions, follow these steps and you’ll be able to get it back:

iPad
Go to “Settings” > “General” > “Use Side Switch” to and then tap to “Mute”
Open the app you wish to play and switch Side Switch to unmute.

iPhone iOS 7 and up
Swipe from bottom to top, tap the “Lock Orientation” icon on the first row to the far right, and turn it off to fix the sound issue.

iPhone with other iOS
Double tap the home button, swipe from left to right on the bottom. Tap the “Lock Orientation” icon to fix the sound issue.

Please note that developers do not have any access to the purchasing process. You need to contact Apple directly.

Playing in the wee hours of the morning and want to keep it quiet? Click on the setting button and tap on the music button to turn it off. The music button doesn’t turn off the instructions on our apps.
Try typing the name of the app into your device’s search box on your home screen or by swiping left on Mac devices. Still don’t see it? Try restarting your device and re-downloading the app.
