Cubic Frog® apps are available for most of iOS devices (iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch), Android devices or Kindle Fire.

Cubic Frog® has 8 educational apps: Preschool EduKitty, EduKitty ABC, Preschool EduKitchen, Preschool EduKidsRoom, Preschool EduBirthday, Preschool EduMath 1, Preschool EduMath 2, and Preschool EduPaint

Cubic Frog® educational games are carefully designed based on scholastic research with special attention devoted to the unique learning styles of young children. Cubic Frog® educational games are designed for toddlers and preschoolers from 18 months to 6 years old, but the ages are only a suggestion. Your child may be more advanced than other peers in the same age group, and some games may seem too easy. We recommend you observe your children when they use our games for the first time, so you can evaluate if the game settings are the best match for your child’s learning level.
Currently, Cubic Frog® can be played in 12 different languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Persian (Farsi), Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Russian. All of Cubic Frog® games contain voice commands that are completely translated, so children can play independently.

On the home page of every Cubic Frog® educational game there is a button on the right side of the page that shows a flag and the word “Languages”. Click on the “Languages” button and you will go to another screen that contains all of the Cubic Frog® learning app language choices. Select your preferred playing language.

The freemium version of a Cubic Frog® apps is free for download, but has restricted access to certain games and content and has ads. In all freemium versions of Cubic Frog® apps, users can unlock games and content via in-app purchases. In the paid versions of Cubic Frog® apps there is infinite, unlimited access to all the games and content, without any ads.
In this model, users pay nothing to download a Cubic Frog® app and are offered optional in-app purchases for premium features and additional content. This model allows you to get something great at no cost and have the option to pay if you want to enhance your experience or engage more deeply.
In this model, users pay once to download a Cubic Frog® app and use all of its functionality. There are no additional charges. The paid model is perfect for people who prefer to pay once to get the full app experience, without in-app purchases.
You can upgrade your Cubic Frog® freemium app by making an in-app purchase. You need to enter your Apple ID password to make in-app purchases. You buy these items one time, and you can transfer them to other devices that are associated with your Apple ID.

No, you do not need to pay for it again. Once you own a game, you own it forever. All you need to do is login to your account, go to your purchase history on your device and re-download the app for free.
App Store promo codes let you redeem a free copy of an application into your device. Each promo code is unique and can only be used once. This is what they typically look like: MZMSSEVOL7N3BB. Just follow this link and you’ll be able to redeem a code directly.
We know those ads are annoying, so you can remove them by buying the paid version of our app. Cubic Frog® paid version apps are ad free. Sometimes we have extra promotional codes for our games and we’re very happy to give them away to our users on special occasions. If you would like to get a promotional code to download a paid version of our game for free, please contact us.
Please make sure the side switch on your device is NOT on the orange position or your device is muted. Turn up the volume with the volume buttons on the side of your device and then restart your device. If you still do not hear the app instructions, follow these steps and you’ll be able to get it back:
iPad
Go to “Settings” > “General” > “Use Side Switch” to and then tap to “Mute”
Open the app you wish to play and switch Side Switch to unmute.
iPhone iOS 7 and up
Swipe from bottom to top, tap the “Lock Orientation” icon on the first row to the far right, and turn it off to fix the sound issue.
iPhone with other iOS
Double tap the home button, swipe from left to right on the bottom. Tap the “Lock Orientation” icon to fix the sound issue.

Cubic Frog® bundles offer a group of educational apps at a discounted price. Bundles make app purchasing simple because app bundles can be purchased with a single tap and the individual apps will appear on your device.
An important note: bundles are not compatible with the freemium apps, we apologize for this inconvenience. Cubic Frog® App bundles support “Complete My Bundle”. Complete My Bundle credits customers for any paid apps they’ve already purchased within a bundle, so that they only pay the balance for the remaining apps.

Playing in the wee hours of the morning and want to keep it quiet? Click on the setting button and tap on the music button to turn it off. The music button doesn’t turn off the instructions on our apps.
Cubic Frog® apps does not have a subscription model. Once you buy your Cubic Frog® learning app, you own it for as long as you have your Apple ID. And, you can play your Cubic Frog® learning apps on multiple devices.
